Team Leader, Transformation
Permanent full time working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We have various organisational initiatives on the horizon for 2021 and beyond and we are now looking for an energetic people leader with suitable experience in change management processes and project management to join the Business Excellence and Transformation Team as the Team Leader Transformation.
As the Team Leader, Transformation, you will be responsible for shaping, planning and leading the delivery of organisational performance improvements and digital transformation strategies throughout the organisation.
Working at all levels of Council, you will help promote the adoption of frameworks and toolkits to increase capability and business efficiency.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- A relevant Tertiary level qualification
- Significant (7+ years) relevant experience in a change management/ project management/ business performance role
- Experience with business transformation projects with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes
- Experience in managing successful teams
