About the role:
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the planning team. You’ll provide expert planning advice and reports to Council staff and the public, ensuring alignment with the Central Otago District Plan and the Resource Management Act.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation and best practice.
- A passion for mentoring and developing people.
- A relevant RMA qualification.
- NZPI accreditation (or eligibility) is desirable.
