Service Deliver Advisor / Kaitohutohu Matua (x2)


Greater Wellington Regional Council has two exciting roles within our Service Delivery team.  We are looking for talented, practical and solution focussed people to join our Public Transport Group.

 

The Public Transport Group is responsible for the implementation of the Regional Land Transport Strategy. This involves the design and purchase of quality cost effective passenger transport services for the Wellington Region.

 

The role of the Service Delivery Advisors is to focus on customer experience; improving our relationships with bus and ferry operators, local councils and other stakeholders; assurance and development of quality process and systems; facilitating operational and policy components of our bus and ferry network; and auditing and reporting on performance of public transport services.

 

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • A passion for customer service

  • Proven relationship/account management experience

  • Excellent organisational skills and enjoy a challenge

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proven understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to contribute to their improvement

  • Advantageously but not critically, experience in the transport industry

  • A full, clean driver’s license
