Resource Consents Administrator
Are you an organised administrator who enjoys working with people, maintaining accurate records, and being part of a supportive team? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Planning Technical Advisory Team as a Resource Consents Administrator in a permanent part-time role (36.5 hours per week).
About the role
As the Resource Consents Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks that support the delivery and effective operation of the Planning Technical Advisory Team and the wider Resource Consents Business Unit.
You will be responsible for:
- Application entry and maintaining records for resource consent applications.
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Developing end-of-month reports to distribute to wider teams.
- Maintaining and updating relevant webpages to ensure accuracy.
- Providing general administrative support to the Planning Technical Advisory Team and the wider Resource Consents Business Unit.
This role is based in Rolleston, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility around hours.
About the Team
The Resource Consents Team is an integral part of our Planning Team. We pride ourselves on being collaborative, supportive, and solution-focused, while also celebrating our achievements and milestones together.
You'll join a team consisting of three Resource Consents Administrators and three Planning Technical Advisors, all supported by the Planning Technical Advisory Team Leader.
