Quality Improvement Specialist
This is an exciting time to be joining Dunedin City Council in a newly created role that will add real value. You will be supporting the senior leadership team and the wider organisation to more effectively shape our city for the future and deliver positive outcomes for the community.
The Quality Improvement Specialist will be responsible for providing leadership that ensures continuous improvement across the organisation and results in the desired process and cultural changes. You will be driving performance in terms of quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Result orientated with the capability and confidence to drive organisational thinking in a high-profile environment.
- A proven track record in facilitating teams to deliver value.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to both coach and train staff to use best-practice methodology and continuous improvement principles.
