People and Wellbeing Manager

Joining our dynamic, high performing team as the People and Wellbeing Manager means you too will play an important role in our community, by enabling and empowering our People Leaders and their teams to perform at their best to deliver core public services and achieve positive wellbeing outcomes.

Leading a small team, this is a key leadership position responsible for the range of people-related functions across the organisation. You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification with five plus years generalist HR experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering a diverse portfolio including recruitment, leadership and performance development, change management, employee relations, payroll, health and safety, staff wellbeing and Māori responsiveness.
