We have an exciting opportunity for someone to provide extraordinarily good customer service to our community. As a Parks and Property officer, you’ll join the Parks and Property team who have a large property portfolio in the District and a team that pride themselves on providing excellent service to their customers. 

He kōrero mōu - About you

In this role, don’t expect your days to be the same. Multi-tasking and time management will be strengths of yours as you juggle varying demands, all while providing a positive customer experience. Working closely with our contractors, you’ll ensure that their services are delivered on time and in line with service agreements. You’ll tailor your approach to each interaction and ensure they deliver on time and in budget.

You’ll be face to face with members of the public, our community and Council and your ability to tailor your style and approach for each individual and group you interact with will come into play here. Your proactive approach to tasks will also be key to your success in this space. You’ll be self-motivated, organised and adaptable, and be a strong team player with the ability to work autonomously.
