As the Manager Projects, you will have responsibility for leading project delivery within the Engineering and Assets Group.  The scope of your role will include managing capex and opex projects within three waters, roading, and community facilities to ensure they are efficiently and successfully delivered within agreed timescales, budget and customer expectations.

To succeed, you'll need to have well-developed people skills that enable you to work successfully with design engineers, roading managers, and water managers to earn their respect and confidence.  You'll also need experience applying project management principles to infrastructure projects, and the ability to write, evaluate and manage Construction Contracts.

Leading your team is a key aspect of the role, so you will need to demonstrate strong leadership that inspires, and motivates your team to do their best work.
