An opportunity has arisen within our Human Resources team for a Human Resources Advisor. If you have recently graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management (or are a paper or two away), and have some administrative experience this position is for you.

You will be assisting in the following areas:

• Resourcing
• Learning & Development, performance management
• Human Resource management and information systems
• Remuneration & Reward
• Cultural Awareness and Diversity Management
• Change management and organisation development
• Legal compliance and employment relations
• Policy development

You will have:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to truly listen to and understand all points of view - creating positive relationships across the business;
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite of programmes; and
• The desire to embrace change, whilst inspiring others to do so as well.
