Are you up for it?

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this position will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering best practice organisation and community engagement processes. The range of functional responsibilities include human resource management, strategic Maori engagement, governance support, customer services and communications.

Preferred candidates will have experience in strategic human resources and/or organisational development roles, and will have substantial experience in leading a multi-functional team to influence values-led change. Senior leadership experience in building organisation capability allied to successful stakeholder communication and engagement is crucial.
