Finance Officer (Accounts Payable)
- Permanent, part-time (32 hours per week) - flexible over 4 or 5 days
- Based in Te Awamutu, with hybrid working options available, including working from home and/or from the Cambridge office on agreed days.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Officer to play a pivotal role in our accounts payable and financial processes. This role offers the autonomy to drive improvements, shape systems, and support both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance and training on financial systems (EPO, STP) and processes.
- Investigate and implement best practice improvements and efficiencies in AP functions.
- Make confident, informed decisions to support operational and financial objectives.
About You
We are looking for a senior, proactive candidate who:
- Has proven experience in a finance role, ideally with responsibility for AP processes.
- Can set priorities, manage workloads, and make confident decisions independently.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and technical competence.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes positively to team culture.
