Our Facilities, Property and Planning Unit are looking for a highly motivated, details oriented individual to join our team of professionals. This role is responsible for ensuring future investment in facilities is well planned, developed and scoped using the best information available.

You'll have strong knowledge in asset and facility management, delivering lifecycle modelling, demand projections and financial plans for facilities. The role has a particular focus on capital planning, particularly detailed three year programs for renewal projects, and will be responsible for preparing and updating capital bids. The role also will provide high quality research, analysis and advice on facilities asset management within Christchurch City Council. 

With demonstrated experience building, managing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, you'll collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand project drivers and ensure the best planning outcomes are achieved.

To be successful in the role you'll have had a number of years' experience in a planning role with direct exposure to long term planning and have tertiary qualifications at a degree level.
