The opportunity - Te āheinga
Are you a proactive and innovative professional with a knack for managing service requests? We are looking for a Delivery User Coordinator to join our Delivery Support Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management of service requests across the team and supporting the successful delivery of our work programme.
Key responsibilities - Ngā haepapa matua:
- Actively ensure that legislative requirements and Council policies and procedures are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislation
- Support the Delivery Support Supervisor in managing the workload and doing of tasks such as approvals - vegetation, temporary street closures, parking infringements, bylaw management and report writing
- Liaise with legal team, Customer Experience teams and LGOIMA team on Service Requests, infringements of bylaw and encroachments
- Liaise with contractors on fly tipping and other obstructions on the transport network
- Manage the database for paper roads and requests
- Other activities that support the Delivery Support team with workflow management
- Accountability for the smooth management and successful close out of Service Requests. Oversee the wider teams' input into SRs through a triage system
- Ownership of SR KPIs in contracts
Essential skills and experience - Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako:
- High level of computer technology competency and Microsoft Products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Tech1 or other CRM software
- Relevant degree or at least two years of administration
- Proven experience in customer service with an ability to build positive working relationships and a focus on solutions
- Ability to coordinate small initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions as required
- Ability to handle variety and change with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to advocate and promote the council's objectives to a wide range of interest groups, schools, and the public
