Customer Support Officer - Contact Centre
- Full-time, permanent and Cambridge based
- Work from home (WFH) available once fully up to speed and competent (up to 2 days in the office 3 days can be worked at home)
- Supportive team with a dedicated Customer Support Trainer to facilitate learning

We also have a champion workforce and right now we have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time permanent Customer Support Officer working 40 hours per week to join our call centre team in Cambridge.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Creating a positive and memorable customer experience
- Processing applications, managing requests for service, and payment transactions
- Helping resolve the majority of customer interaction at the first point of contact
