Are you looking for an opportunity to utilise your energetic and vibrant talent to contribute to a high preforming team? Our Information Services and Technology team is looking for a skilled System Administrator to deliver high quality technical support to maintain the reliability and security of our information technology systems. Key responsibilities will include; provision of network and communications equipment, security and systems administration and technical support for all Council’s computer systems.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone who can bring the following to our diverse talent pool:
- A degree or tertiary qualification in computer systems and or Microsoft Certified
- 5 plus years’ experience in administrating infrastructure, network and desktop environments
- Personable, passionate, an eye for detail, analytical, PLUS the ability to deliver excellence while dealing with multiple and competing priorities
- Experience in the administration of AD, Azure AD, O365, Intune and the winder Microsoft stack
- Knowledge of cloud computing and services
- Experience in use of Service Desk methodologies
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking principles and protocols, switch management, security and identity management, Active Directory and associated policies.
