Consent Planner - Subdivision
We're calling for an experienced planner to seize this opportunity! Picture this: You'll be based in one of NZ's sunniest regions with a great outdoor lifestyle and you'll be building on your planning career as well!
In this full-time role you will be responsible for giving professional advice and technical expertise for subdivision resource consent applications. There is plenty of direct contact with consent applicants as duty planner responsibilities are a routine part of the job.
Through your previous positions you will already be familiar with consent processing and you'll have sound knowledge of land legislation and engineering processes associated with land development. To complement your work history, you will have a tertiary qualification in planning, resource management or surveying.
We're looking for someone with a natural customer service style who communicates exceptionally well and is looking for an opportunity to expand on their skill-set and career profile.
While a significant range of experience is preferred, we are prepared to consider and train a promising new graduate.
In return we offer you an interesting and challenging work programme, ongoing professional development and the chance to broaden your knowledge base in a team where you have the opportunity to add value every day. Relocation assistance is also available. Apply now!
