Asset Management Systems Lead
About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our organisation and shape the future of our asset management program.
The Asset Management Systems Lead will play a critical role in enhancing the Council's asset management capabilities through effective data management and analysis. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of asset-related data, which will support informed decision-making and strategic planning for the Selwyn District's infrastructure and services. Asset types include Open space, Facilities, 5 Water, and Transportation Assets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy aligned with the Council's objectives
- Oversee the collection, storage, maintenance and validation, of asset data, ensuring high levels of data quality and consistency
- Suprvise and mentor a team of Asset Management Analysts
- Drive continuous improvement in our asset management processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
About you:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an Asset Management Systems Lead.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment?
- Have a deep understanding of asset management principles and best practices?
- Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team?
- Have a proven track record of implementing and managing successful asset management systems?
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in asset management data systems? (AMS, GIS, RAMM)
