The Dunedin City Council (DCC) takes great pride in delivering a broad range of services to the communities of this unique and fascinating city. From our roads to recycling, public libraries and pools, water supply to walking tracks, and everything in between, DCC's people are talented and committed to serving their city.
Our Aquatics team manage four public pools across Ōtepoti Dunedin, providing visitors with access to well maintained and safe aquatic facilities, as well as providing professional swimming coaching and learn to swim programmes.
Our public pools are more than just facilities, they are part of our city's story. Generations have learned to swim here, celebrated birthdays, trained for national titles, or simply taken a moment to float and breathe. Behind the scenes, DCC teams continue to care for them, maintaining their legacies, upgrading where needed and planning for the future so the public pools remain a cornerstone of community wellbeing for decades to come.
