Team Leader - Customer Services (Richmond)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who will be responsible for driving quality customer service and continuing a positive relationship with our community.

Our Customer Services team are the hub of the organisation so your ability to keep your finger on the pulse and provide leadership and mentoring to a capable team is a must. You need to be an experienced team leader, a people person and a natural communicator. Your role is to work with and lead a team to deliver high quality customer service through either the Call Centre, face to face or online.

In this hands on role you will also need to be:

  • A natural born leader with previous staff supervision experience;
  • Someone with significant experience working in a customer focused role with a strong customer service ethic;
  • Motivated and passionate about providing quality customer service;
  • Highly digitally literate and have the ability to adapt and learn new electronic systems with ease.
