South Waikato District Council has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Control Officer or an existing Building Control Officer who is ready to take the next step.

This is an opportunity for the successful applicant to further develop their existing processing and inspection skills. You will need to hold a recognised qualification under Regulation 18 Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006 along with the ability to deliver excellent communication and customer service effectively while demonstrating strong time management, organisational and decision making skills. A full current drivers' licence is essential.
