We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our skilled Property team.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of community good through built environments, by acting as a liaison and tenancy agreement expert between the Dunedin City Council and Community groups.
You will:
- have a fantastic attitude
- be passionate about customer service
- possess well developed communication skills
- have well developed analytical and numerical skills.
Ideally you will have experience in applying building laws and possess knowledge of how buildings work to help people work. You will have exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to plan and deliver effectively in a complex and sometimes pressured environment.
