Programme Lead (Sycle)

Fixed term position for 2 years

You will be part of the Corporate Services Directorate and will play a key role in leading the change process for the integration of the Sycle software into Napier City Council strategy and operations, supporting the organisations capability to plan, deliver and report on work programmes and risks, and manage people and performance. You will also be responsible for developing a communication and engagement plan for Sycle stakeholders, developing training and support initiatives for existing and new users, identify improvements and efficiencies to business units through the use of the system and configuring the system to meet the needs of the business.

To be considered for this role, you will need a tertiary level qualification in a related field and/or significant relevant experience in change management, system analysis or project management.

It is important that you have excellent oral and written communication skills, well-developed relationship building and excellent interpersonal skills. An ability to understand business needs, integrate systems and train people are also sought after attributes.
