We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee the day to day delivery of the Districts extensive local roading network service, covering approximately 1,000 km.
Reporting to the General Manager - Infrastructure Services, you will provide sound technical guidance and professional services in the planning, implementation, monitoring and management of roading assets.
To be successful in this role you will be a natural leader and possess a positive work ethic. You will have highly developed written and oral communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
A relevant tertiary qualification (Civil Engineering, Management) along with extensive roading asset management experience is essential. Previous experience working in a Local Government environment would be advantageous.
