Reporting to the General Manager – People and Engagement this role is responsible for the development and delivery of human resources strategies and customer-focused HR service that supports council’s overall business plan and strategic direction; specifically in the areas of organisational culture, change management and engagement programmes, talent and succession management, and learning and development.

Providing leadership and expert HR advice to the senior leadership team this role will be a champion of human resources best practice and health and safety wellbeing management.
