Management Accountant - Fixed Term

It's a numbers game. We need a switched on management accountant to join our Finance Team - can we ‘count' on you?

Based in Richmond, this is a fixed term full-time position while a staff member is on extended parental leave for 12 months. Key responsibilities that you'll take over are; contributing towards the Council's financial information for the Annual Plan and reforecast exercises, delivery of monthly management reports, reconciliations and one off projects.

As a qualified accountant and a member of CAANZ, you'll come to us with significant experience in a similar role and be set to hit the ground running.

You will be the type of person who is results oriented, adaptable, forward thinking and able to manage various conflicting deadlines. Working closely with budget managers, your confident communication style and good judgement skills will be essential to successfully collaborate with your internal stakeholders.
