We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our skilled Property team.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the development, administration and renewal of all leases, licenses and occupation agreements for the Property Services Group.
You will:
- have a fantastic attitude
- have great attention to detail
- be passionate about customer service
- possess well developed communication skills
- have well developed analytical and numerical skills.
Ideally you will have experience in applying property law and knowledge of how leases work across retail, commercial, industrial and residential properties. You will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effectively in a complex and sometimes pressured environment.
