Customer Services Team Leader

As a result of an internal restructure, the Stratford District Council is seeking a Team Leader to oversee and coordinate the Customer Service team.

Our ideal person will be enthusiastic, passionate and innovative and be ready to pass on those attributes to their team to ensure the service received by our staff is exceptional.

You will have a minimum of four years leading a team in a similar customer service or call centre role with demonstrated excellence in staff leadership and supervision.

This is a permanent, full time position and will involve:

  • Leading a team and providing clear direction for professional performance delivery
  • Coordinating and assisting in the daily operation of the Customer Services team

You will have outstanding customer service skills, be innovative and constantly looking to improve processes and procedures to ensure the best service is provided to both internal and external customers. Local Government experience would be an advantage.

An Individual Employment Agreement will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
