About the role
If you can provide exceptional customer service then our Community and Customer Services team needs you now!
We have a range of positions based primarily in Kaikohe, however you will be required to work from other Council service centres. In this challenging and varied role you will serve internal and external customers ensuring prompt, courteous and high quality assistance is provided to customers via our contact centre and front counters across the district. A high level of accountability and attention to detail is required.
Ideally you will have an NZQA customer services qualification as well as extensive experience in a customer service and contact centre environment. You will have a clean drivers licence, proven experience with cash handling, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and intermediate level MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
