Customer Delivery Officer - Contact Centre

Based in the Ngaruawahia office five days per week, this position will see you situated within the Contact Centre. This role is in a supportive and fun team environment where service excellence is always our top priority.

This is a permanent position and is primarily focused on responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat. As a Customer Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for delivering effective and responsive customer service in a professional, friendly and confident manner.

As part of our Contact Centre Team you will enjoy rapid change and seeking out process improvement to support our multi-faceted organisation. You will be committed to customer-centric outcomes and first point resolution.
