We are seeking a Building Compliance Officer to led and
manage the monitoring, compliance and enforcement activities for our building
and compliance teams. This is customer service focused role, responding to and
investigating building related. There is a strong project management component with
the need to implement and complete projects including Building Warrant of Fitness
Processing and Audits.
The successful applicant should hold or are working
towards an up-to-date Building Control qualification and have sound knowledge
and experience in a building control environment. If you have excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, able to work to timeframes and
sometimes under pressure we want to hear from you!
